Blogging from iOS

In anticipation of micro.blog going live I have been working on a blog publishing workflow on iOS. If I used Wordpress things would be a lot more simple as I could just use the iPhone app, but I am a programmer at heart so I'm still using Jekyll to build a static site hosted on Github.

Using Workflow I can create a new blog post and open it in 1Writer, though the interaction between Workflow and 1Writer isn't as good as I would like. I really like writing Markdown in 1Writer but I might need to consider moving to an editor with better Workflow integration.

The next step will be trying publish the site from iOS instead of just create posts.
