Blogs do something useful?

So, today on the radio show I talked about the changing science behind how SSRI's are theorized to work. I only know about this subject because I regularly read Jonah Lehrer's Frontal Cortex blog. Lehrer regularly writes for Seed magazine and has a book titled Proust was a Neuroscientist. All credit to him for making neuroscience interesting.
